The Role
Reporting to the Team Lead Document Control, this role will provide efficient and accurate document control support across Covalent's service delivery scope with a focus on project delivery activities.
You will be responsible for the processing, registration, and tracking of project documentation, working closely with project teams, contractors and vendors to ensure documentation is managed accurately and in accordance with project requirements.
This is a Two-year, Full-time fixed term contract based at our Perth Office.
Key Responsibilities
• Processing engineering and project documentation.
• Managing document registration, distribution and transmittals.
• Coordinating contractor and vendor document submissions.
• Maintaining project document registers and metadata.
• Tracking document review and approval workflows.
• Supporting document control queries, systems support and document-related correspondence.
• Coordinating document revisions and superseded documents.
• Assisting with construction, commissioning, as-built and handover documentation.
• Escalating overdue, missing or non-compliant deliverables as required.
Role Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in document control supporting engineering, construction or major project environments
• Demonstrated experience managing high volumes of project documentation
• TeamBinder experience (highly desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Cert IV in Business or equivalent is desirable but not essential
