The role
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our administration team on site at Mt Holland. You will provide general administrative support to the Lead Site Administration, our managers and our operational teams.

This is a permanent, full time position on an 8:6 roster ex Perth to Mt Holland.
Responsibilities
• Active participation in the establishment of a health and safety culture.
• Assist in collation of data and statistics required for monthly reporting.
• Ensuring record management is well maintained and managed.
• Liaising with visitors and contractors to ensure mobilisation requirements are met.
• Other general administrative duties as directed by members of the management team.
• Create bookings for travel and accommodation as required.
• Oversee the management of department's agendas and meeting minutes including issuing and updating required documents.
• Monitor and assist to ensure compliance for personnel mobilising to site is appropriate.
• Timely and accurate word processing and distribution of documents, compilation, and binding of internal and external reports, filing of documents electronically and maintenance of computer files.
• Any other duties required by your manager or other Covalent Lithium Managers on site.
• Ensure effective working relationships are built and maintained with other departments and stakeholders, both internal and external.
Role requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in FIFO site administration.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP, Inflight, In-Control and Intuition.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel, Word, Power point, and Outlook
• Certificate IV in Business Administration (Desirable)
• A valid C Class Manual Drivers License
