The Role
The position will be responsible for overseeing daily operational and commissioning activities at the Mt Holland Concentrator Plant answering to the Process Supervisor whilst adhering to company safety, environmental, operational, and engineering standards in a productive and efficient manner to ensure maximise plant performance and achieve quality product to meet customer requirements.
This is a full-time position on an 8:6 (DS), 7:7 (NS) FIFO roster EX Perth to our Mt Holland site.

Key Responsibilities
• Active participation in the establishment of a health and safety culture.
• Undertake all work in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with statutory requirements and Covalent policies & procedures.
• Comply with all health and safety, environmental and regulatory policies relating to the project and ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure all health, safety and environmental incidents are reported.
• Proficient in the use Microsoft or equivalent computer skills.
• DCS experience preferred but not essential
• Assist in developing operating methods and procedures related to production and operational tasks.
• Reviewing and improving standards and safe operating procedures for all processing production/operational tasks
• Ability to understand process flow diagrams preferred but not essential
Role Requirements
• A demonstrated knowledge and experience of the implementation and use of PTW / LOTO systems in the industry
• Drivers license
• First Aid certificate
• Working at Heights preferred but not essential
• Confined Space preferred but not essential
• Emergency Response training preferred but not essential
• 5+ years in fixed plant processing
• Processing knowledge and experience in operating crushing, dense medium separation, milling, flotation, and filtration circuits as we all wet tailings storage facilities
• Experience in being involved in commissioning
• Ability to work in remote and/or arid environmental conditions
