The Role

We have a rare opportunity for a Boilermaker to join our Maintenance team at Mt Holland. You will be responsible for maintaining the equipment utilised in achieving our production targets while adhering to safety, environmental and statutory requirements.

This is a permanent, full time position ex Perth to Mt Holland on an 8:6 roster (Thursday to Thursday).

Key Responsibilities 

•    Actively participate in fostering a robust health and safety culture.

•    Execute planned and breakdown maintenance to maximize the reliability and quality of fixed plant assets.

•    Identify and propose opportunities for improving equipment reliability and work procedures.

•    Maintain equipment to the highest standard to ensure Mount Holland meets required production targets.

•    Accurately document maintenance activities, work order completions, and other relevant details in the maintenance management system (SAP).

•    Build and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, team members, and other stakeholders

Role Requirements

•  Certificate III in Engineering (Boilermaker/Welder/Fabricator)
•  4+ years experience as a Boilermaker (preferably in the mining industry)
•   Relevant trade qualification
•   Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
•   Forklift Ticket (desirable).
