Our integrated mining and refining operation in Western Australia will produce 50,000 tonnes of battery-grade lithium hydroxide annually, supporting electric vehicles, energy storage systems, and strengthening Australia’s critical minerals supply chain.

As part of our HR operations, People Services are a centralised support team providing consistent high-quality services and promoting continuous improvements in our ways of working to enhance our leader and employee experience. We have a new opportunity and permanent position for a People Services Officer to join our team based at our head office at Kwinana Refinery.

The Role

 

You will provide a customer focussed advisory service to employees and leaders including recruitment and onboarding, interpreting awards and organisational policies, administering contracts, personnel changes, training, offboarding, visa’s and maintaining of personnel records.

 

This is a permanent position based in our Kwinana head office with flexible working options available.

 

About you:

 

  • You have a high level of personal initiative, confidentiality and professionalism.
  • You actively look for ways to improve and streamline the customer experience.
  • A collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.

 

Your experience:

 

  • You are progressing or have completed a tertiary degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field. Alternatively, you have an equivalent level of qualifications and professional experience in HR administration.
  • Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards and other relevant legislation.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with employees and leaders across our operations.
  • High level organisational skills and ability to use initiative, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
