This position requires hands on engagement with stakeholders from across the business, working on multiple projects simultaneously and is an integral part of the Technology Projects teams’ objective to deliver sustainable and fit for purpose solutions.
This is a two-year full-time fixed-term contract based at our Perth office, with regular travel to our Mt Holland site for approximately 1 to 2 weeks each month, depending on operational requirements.

• Lead business analysis activities across technology projects, from requirements gathering through to implementation and transition.

• Work closely with Technology teams, vendors and business stakeholders throughout solution design, development, testing and implementation.
• Review vendor deliverables and solutions against agreed requirements, identifying and tracking defects, gaps and scope changes.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops, building consensus and effectively communicating requirements, decisions and solution trade-offs.
• Support the transition of technology solutions into business and Technology support teams, including handover documentation, training and support requirements.
Role requirements
• Demonstrated experience with the full software application lifecycle, from initiation and requirements through to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Demonstrated experience with implementation of technology infrastructure solutions, from initiation and requirements through to deployment and post-implementation support.

• Demonstrated experience leading requirements definition involving diverse stakeholder groups — from executive sponsors to operational end users.
• Experience preparing Requirements Specifications and design inputs suitable for solution design and development.
• Experience defining, documenting, and communicating business processes using recognised modelling techniques (e.g. swim lane diagrams, BPMN).
